Step 1: Open a Support Ticket #

  • In the dashboard, go to the Support section.
  • Click Open New Ticket.
  • Select the department your issue relates to (e.g., Hosting, Domain, Billing).
  • Fill in the subject and detailed description of your issue.
  • Attach any files if necessary (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
  • Click Submit Ticket. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your ticket is created.

Step 2: View Ticket History #

  • To track your previous support requests, go to Ticket History.
  • You can see all past and active tickets along with their status (Open, Pending, Resolved, or Closed).
  • Click on any ticket to view the conversation with the support team, add replies, or upload additional files.

Step 3: Access the Knowledge Base #

  • The Knowledge Base contains guides, tutorials, and FAQs to help you solve common issues yourself. You can access it by visiting https://www.rightwayhost.co.za/docs
  • Search for keywords related to your problem or browse by category.
  • Using the Knowledge Base can save time and help resolve issues without needing to wait for support.

Tip: Always check the Knowledge Base first for common issues, it’s a quick way to find answers before submitting a ticket.
