Step 1: Renew or Extend Domains #

• In the dashboard, go to the Domains section.
• You’ll see a list of all domains registered or transferred to Rightway Host.
• Click on the domain you want to renew.
• Select the renewal period (usually 12, 24, or 36 months).
• Confirm your renewal and complete any required payment.
• Renewing on time ensures your domain remains active and your website stays online.

Step 2: Update Nameservers #

• From your domain details page, locate the Nameserver Settings.
• Update the nameservers to point your domain to a new hosting account if needed.
• Save changes. DNS updates may take up to 24–48 hours to propagate globally.
• Proper nameserver setup ensures your domain connects to the correct hosting account.

Step 3: Manage Domain Contacts #

• Each domain has registrant, administrative, and technical contacts.
• Navigate to the Contact Information section.
• Update details like name, email, phone number, or company information if needed.
• Keeping domain contacts accurate is important for domain ownership verification and renewal notifications.
