Step 1: View and Download Invoices #
- In the dashboard, go to the Billing section.
- You’ll see a list of all your invoices, including past and pending payments.
- Click on any invoice to view the details, such as services billed, amounts, and payment status.
- To keep records for your own bookkeeping, you can download invoices as PDF files.
Step 2: Update Payment Method #
- In the Billing section, select Payment Methods.
- Here you can add, remove, or update your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card, or other available options).
- Make sure your payment details are always up to date to avoid service interruptions.
Step 3: Set Up Auto-Payments #
- You can enable Auto-Pay to automatically pay for your hosting and domain renewals using your saved payment method.
- Select the services you want to include in Auto-Pay and confirm.
- Auto-Pay ensures your services remain active without manual intervention and avoids late fees or service suspension.
Tip: Always monitor your billing notifications even if Auto-Pay is enabled, so you’re aware of upcoming charges.
