Step 1: Access the Dashboard #

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the Dashboard. This is your main control center where you can manage all your services, domains, billing, and support.

Step 2: Understand the Main Sections #

The dashboard typically includes:

• Services / Hosting – View all active hosting packages.
• Domains – Manage your registered or transferred domains.
• Billing – View invoices, payments, and subscriptions.
• Support – Open tickets, check ticket status, or access the knowledge base.
• Account Settings – Update personal info, change passwords, and manage notifications.

Step 3: Quick Actions #

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

• Access DirectAdmin for your hosting.
• Renew or upgrade services.
• Open a support ticket.
• Update account details.

Tip: The dashboard is interactive, clicking on any section title will take you directly to that area for more detailed management.
