If you wish to report a violation of our Terms & Conditions or any abuse involving a domain name or service hosted on the RightwayHost.com network, please follow the steps below.
Illegal content that must be reported includes, but is not limited to:
Child pornography
Child trafficking
Child-oriented services (e.g. grooming)
Child sex tourism
Sexual offences as defined by law
An abuse report must contain the following information:
URL where the abuse was found (clearly listed at the beginning of the email).
Description of the abuse detected.
IP address on the RightwayHost.com network, if available.

RightwayHost will review all valid reports and respond within 7 Days, taking appropriate legal or technical action where required.
RightwayHost complies with South African law.
Requests from international law enforcement agencies must be submitted via the South African judicial system.
Child protection obligations are enforced under the South African Films and Publications Act and the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act 32 of 2007.
Human trafficking is criminalised under the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Act 7 of 2013, consistent with South Africa’s commitment to the UN Protocol on Trafficking.
RightwayHost is not a member but adheres to the ISPA (Internet Service Providers Association of South Africa) Code of Conduct.
RightwayHost provides hosting and domain services to clients worldwide. While governed by South African law, we recognise and align with relevant international standards and frameworks, including:
ICANN policies for domain name registration and management.
ISPA Code of Conduct for responsible internet services.
GDPR principles for data protection and privacy of EU-based customers.
International law enforcement cooperation for investigations into online crime, child exploitation, trafficking, and other serious offences.
Abuse reports from outside South Africa are reviewed with equal priority. However, any formal legal process must be served through the South African judicial system for action to be taken.
RightwayHost does not store credit card details. Payment information is handled by third-party payment gateways.
Client data required for billing and service delivery is retained as long as the account is active. Expired or cancelled services may be deleted after 30 days.
RightwayHost complies with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act 2013 and does not disclose client data to third parties unless required by a South African court order.
On receipt of a valid subpoena or warrant, RightwayHost may provide account holder details, including:
First & last name
Contact number
Physical address
Email address
Order IP address (with timestamp)
Takedown notices must comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, Act 25 of 2002.

RightwayHost can only process takedown requests for content hosted on our own infrastructure.
Content on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, search engines) must be reported directly to the respective provider.
As per the ECT Act, South African ISPs, including RightwayHost, are not liable for third-party content transmitted or hosted through their networks.
